As part of an international development programme, IUPExpert led feasibility studies, technical design and site supervision for several agro-logistics centers, delivered in parallel across multiple sites.
Our work covered the full project cycle: geotechnical studies, reference technical programmes, logistics flow design — receiving, cold storage, dispatch — coordination with local engineering teams, and site supervision.
